that's all I can say. It's waaay too expensive for what you get and where it is.
Could be a nice place, but it isn't right now.

It gets even worse when you renew. We were told we were getting a "special" which was the only way we could afford this place. I expressed concern that the rent might go up if I decided to renew, and the leasing agent assured me that it would go up just a little bit, maybe 5%. Well guess what, if I do renew, I'm told my rent will jump to the "market" price. A 20% increase! So the girl lied to me to get me to sign a lease, and now I have to find someplace else to live. Management couldn't care less.
