I just moved out after 1 year. I had a similar experience with their "Specials" to lure you in. Between the domestic disputes, noise, and weekend parties that go on here I couldn't wait to get out. The Office Staff totally misrepresented this place. The neighborhood is also getting worse. The price is waaay too much for what they offer.
They will say anything to get you to sign a
lease. Ask about the train going through too.

I agree and I'm blown away by the poor quality neighborhood. I figured with the high rent and stringent income requirement, criminal background and employment checks, they would weed out the dirtbags. I figured wrong. This place is loud, it's crawling with shady people, and the police are here all the time. I don't feel safe. I see in the newsletter they are starting a neighborhood watch. Wonder why??
