If you read most of these reviews their written by complaining people. I love St. Andrews and actually feel safe living here. The apartments are top notch, beautiful, and the grounds are well maintained. My apartment was brand new and I had maybe 2 problems since I been here. The maintnence staff actually came out the same day i called them. I take my daughter to the park and its nice to see other families or children playing. I viewed Rockwood, Schoolbell, and Kormins apartments and they pound for pound couldn't match St. Andrews. My neighbors would play loud music when I moved in,but i addressed it with the leasing office and they actually wanted to get the matter resolved. Thats speaks high volume, but besides that the caliber of people range from middle to upperclass. The townhomes are nice,but the apartments are more spacious. Me and my family were house hunting for months and couldn't find the right house,but St. Andrews is the next best thing because its classy, brand new, and spacious. I don't care what these other complaining or ungrateful people on here think..sometimes, you can't always get what you want, but thats my opinion
