Like the last review didn't sound like a cheap, cheesy, rental ad. It is almost funny that the management of this "ghetto in waiting" is sooo obvious. First they attempt to discredit the honest reviews on here. Then they try to promote an utter dump by gross distortions and plain misrepresentations. If you want a "real tour" come some weekend or any night after 7PM, and you will see the domestic disputes, loud cars, shady people, and really loud music coming from all directions. The police are here frequently, and I suggest you call the non-emergency number of the New Castle County Police. They will tell how often, and why they were called here. As one other person said there seems to be some problem with St. Andrews and other complexes. Maybe because St. Andrews brings down the neighborhood. You can tell the screening process is non-existent, by the type of people coming in, during the last 6 months.
Middle and upper class, you have got to be kidding. I was almost jumped 4 months ago by 3 of these "middle and upper class" people.
It began by them harassing me. This is an unsafe area and loud at night. I also find it amazing that the people in the office think that someone would buy the BS about renting an apartment over buying a house. Most of the people "complaining" on here have good reason to. The management distorts, is shady, and is totally unresponsive to the safety issue here. They just don't care. Instead of pretending to be tenants, why don't you address what the tenants have asked of you' We are paying you a lot of money to live here, too much. But that is another story. Then maybe we wouldn't be "complaining". Avoid this place.
