I pay over $1,300 monthly, and still can maintain a 5 digit bank account. Unlike you, I actually have money to buy a house, but i chose not to, lol...maybe your recieving checks for your negative postings' Please, and the race card was pulled because you made prior refferences about "ghetto" people and last time i checked the ghetto consists of more black people then white people..can you even make one valid point without making an ass out of yourself. I believe my recent reply was made how many days after yours''' lol, i figured you have nothing else better to do then monitor the apartment ratings site. I mean my first posting was made out of the blue from the others, yet you manage to reply the very same day and the next day'' As for criminal backround checks..if you read your lease (thats if your even a resident) you would of seen where its clearly stated that you can't have "ANY" criminal backround and be accepted as a tenant. But then again, i doubt you were even competent enough to read your lease thoroughly or do your investigating on the apartments before you signed on as a resident ( if you are a resident). The conclusion is your out right negative and complain to much..as i can see from how you rated St andrews..all 1s''' lol, but maybe your current employer isn't paying you enough money to get by in St. Andrews ( if your a resident), maybe you can come clean my house or sweep my front entrance for some extra money, because as you said..your saving up for a house and you need all the money you can get..don't you''

To answer your questions, yes I am this mad, and oh yes I am a resident here. I do not doubt that you are a resident and you are entitled to express your opinion, as I am entitled to express mine. If you're happy to live here, and happy to pay $17,400 per year for the privilege, I'm happy for you. You obviously have better neighbors than I do. I've personally witnessed violence between residents of one apartment in my building, and the people directly above me are incredibly loud and inconsiderate (no "------" by the way, not that I care). The loud thumping at all hours, their screeching child, their loud arguments, we hear it all, since the insulation between units is so poor. I've NEVER been this MISERABLE ANYWHERE I'VE LIVED. Since I was not aware of this site when I moved to the area, I based my decision mostly on the tour I received from the leasing associate. The rent seemed high, but she kept gushing about the "luxury" and "amenities" and said they cater to a more upscale clientele. I don't consider loud, violent, inconsiderate people upscale. Thus I will do what I can to advise prospective rentors against moving here. I tell people I meet, and I post my experiences here. If I can make a few "upscale" people think twice and look elsewhere, then I'd feel good about "wasting my time" posting these reviews. I hope your good times here continue. |

LOL, my thoughts exactly. The sixth grade writing level, the incredibly ironic racist statement that a ghetto has more ------ than whites...hello? Ever hear of a trailer park? You should, St. Andrews is surrounded by them. SC should dip into that "5 digit bank account" (LOL) and buy a program with spelling and grammar check, then maybe take a racial sensitivity class. The sad thing is this person has a child...

OMG, when does the mud wrestling begin? Who is the psycho, that posted this review, anyway? Is this an example of the "middle class" and "upper middle class" people they said lived here? Doesn't make St. Andrews look good...Sounds just crazy.

Our "friend" who wrote this review seems to be posting on other sites, too. Wonder Why? Hmmm........ This was on the "Foxrun" site. The e-mail address is almost the same, funny huh? Horrible!!! From: sc1112 Date posted: 3/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004-2005 Fox run is terrible and always looks trashy. I was in the process of moving there when the one apartment caught fire. It seemed as the months went by more and more problems occured. I was delivering my rent check one night and all these kids were starting trouble and trying to egg on these two boys to fight. The leasing office said they were probally from Huntley Glen, but didn't Morgan properties buy Huntley Glen???They let section eight people live there and I wouldn't be suprised if they allowed section eight to reside in fox run. I figured the maintnence Continued below... problems at first were normal and didn't care as long as the neighborehood was safe enough for me to walk my daughter or take her to the park. I reffered a friend there and about 6 months later we had so many problems we moved out. My friend started having serious maintnence problems and finally broke her lease after they failed to fix a whole in her roof that was there for more then 16 days. My work is on route 40 and the more and more i pass by fox run im astonished at how downhill they have went... Get help finding an apartment in Bear Lived here? Write a review I'm the author!
