In reviewing all of the comments over the past couple of years, I was very suprised! I never knew a site like this existed, I wish I would have known this before when we lived in a place where the management office never cared about anything. This place is heaven compared to what we dealt with with my prior landlord.

On with the review:

saint andrews is a decent place to live, and the price is a little steeper than most complexes, but as they say "you get what you pay for". The entire maintenance staff are very helpful and professional. The management office for the most part has good personalities. The place that we used to live, when I would go to the office they were always closed and never willing to help -- so this is an extreme change and we only pay 100 more/month but it is worth it because my apartment is bigger and the extras that the tenants get are wonderful. Tonight they had a function, and I have never lived in a community where they have tenant events and people actually show up and everyone knows each other. It is magnificient. Everyone seems to have a great time, and I must say they do a wonderful job at catering to the tenants.

Some things I could agree with in previous reviews are about the gym. Though there is some very nice equipment, the treadmills and cross trainers could be upgraded to match up with their other stuff. There is nothing there to sanitize the equipment, though I don't see a problem with the towels as the other review stated. The main Rd. E. Scottland Drive has several pot holes, I usually use the new entrance now to skip the potholes its faster to get to work. I have noticed that the office has changed a lot since my family moved here, it is nice to see a familiar face especially when it comes to your housing. I have not had any major issues, but I could see how this could be frustrating for tenants who have had problems and the previous manager knows all about it but she was canned. At least some of the leasing agents stay, so that makes it a little better.

I hope this review helps, and I must say that even if it is the management that is writing these "phoney" reviews, at least they are getting paid for it. I feel very sorry for the tenants or non tenants that are constantly posting their phoney reviews just because they are angry people and have nothing better to do, it cracks me up!
