Since this site, seems to be becoming so "popular" thought I would add my own review. First off kudos to the 3-24-06 "Detailed Review for Those Considering Moving to St. Andrews". It was the most fair, balanced, and informitive review on here. The person who wrote really went out of their way to be helpful and present pros and cons. Wish all the reviews had done that. As far as myself, I love my apartment, whoever designed these, really did a great job. When I moved in, everything was in order and clean. The apartment IS nice. Wish I could say the same for the area (Route 40, not too great), the price, and the office. As the one person said there IS a lot of turnover in the office so it is hard to establish a rapport with someone. Seems someone is constantly "training". The high turnover, really doesn't speak well for the office, either. The price of these for the area and what is offered is high. You might "get what you pay for", but no one wants to overpay for the place either. The place it seems "just misses". There also(not just on here) seems to be a lot of hostility between the tenants and Management. Too bad.
As far as the reviews, I would ignore the 1.0 and 5.0 reviews. They are pushing their own agenda on here. Both ways. (The Office posting, and tenant's bad-mouthing). There are a few reviews on here that are helpful, but not many. If I could take the apartment and move it somewhere else, it would be great. But unfortunately I can't recommend this place. One piece of advice to the Office. Instead of accusing the tenant's who have legit problems on here of being from other complexes, bored, having no life ect., you might actually try addressing their concerns. Then maybe the negative reviews would be positive. You also wouldn't need to post on here so much. I am here for another year, but not much beyond that.
