When I first read about St. Andrews and saw their website, the place sounded great. I went on a tour (by the management, should have walked around by myself) and was impressed. But once I got here, I realized my building had problems. Upstairs neighbors fighting at all hours, police called, partying outside, and the people in the office seem indifferent to it once you sign that lease. I was willing to pay more for a decent place. This isn't it. They have tried to be "upscale" in a "lowscale"
neighborhood, and it just doesn't work. The office seems sort of disorganized. They are nice to me, but do absolutely nothing about any problems. I won't be renewing.
