We've lived in one of the townhouses since late last summer. Our area of the neighborhood is usually pretty quiet and I have always felt safe walking our dog at night. But the prices are really way too high for what you get. The pool is much too small for this community and parents using the gym use the business center/computer room as a babysitter for their kids so that if your child needs to use the computer for school work, you can't get on one because there are normally very young children, usually under the age of 7, playing alone on the computers while their parents are in the gym not paying any attention to them. This is a violation of the business center rules, but no one is around in the evening to enforce the rules, so don't think of the computer room as a perk if you have kids and think they'll be able to get homework done there. I also have found that there are a lot of broken down cars parked in the overflow lots (several in the area of Perth Street). One family has at least 5 cars, one of which doesn't run and has been left in the overflow lot for over 6 months now, but nothing is done about things like this. Also, another neighbor parks their 3rd car out in the street right behind their driveway, which is also against the rules, but nothing is done about it. The fact that the trains are rolling by at night blowing their horns and I get to look out of my rear deck and see a dirt pit filled with rusted scrap metal, etc., when I was told my house was facing the woods (which it was last year when I moved in but now most of the trees have been torn down and trucks are rolling in and out kicking up dirt and dumping construction waste - of course, no one told me this was going to happen when I signed my lease), makes me not want to renew my lease when the time comes. I won't even be able to leave my windows open this spring or summer because of all the dirt dust flying around. We have really nice neighbors on the one side of us who were being evicted because their dog crapped in their own yard, but the person on the other side of them lets her kids out all hours of the night to run up and down the back yards making a ruccus. Another absentee mom, I guess. But nothing is done about her or her lack of supervision over her children. The family 2 doors up from her have 2 rabidly barking dogs who are never walked on a leash, just let out back to run up and down the yards and crap wherever they want. And the family doesn't clean up after them. So, although I do like living here for the most part, you can see that there are issues being totally ignored by the staff and, for the price, I can't see paying it another year, especially if they plan to raise the rent. Maybe if they lowered my rent since I've been here almost a year and have proven myself to be a good tenent, I would stay, but I don't think The Reybold Group is interested in keeping good tenents, just raising the rents. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

The raises are averaging $40 per month if you renew. I can't afford it either.
