I too live here. We have lived here for almost 2 years. While I agree and disagree with alot being said overall it is not a bad place to live. We have complained to management about dogs running loose and it was addressed in the next months newsletter. One thing I don't understand is that it was mentioned that there were two parking spaces per townhouse' Where' While we do have three vehicles I am concerned about my 17 year old child who has to park in an overflow spot which is out of our sight when she returns home after her late working hours. Maintance has always responded quickly to any of our requests. I do agree with the issues in the gym too many parents letting children run wild and allowing them to play on the equiptment even after seeing an adult waiting to use it. There is alot of children that run between the houses on our property and leave trash on our lawn. One issue that I have not seen mentioned is the way the trash recepticals are placed and the condition they are left in. Having to take, roll or drive smelly trash a distance from your unit is a terrible inconvience. We are the cops and do not have marked cars so our neighbors do not know that we are and have had to call the cops on occasion and that does not solve much. If manangement does not follow up on the issues nothing will come of it. Over all we are happy here.

Haha...a negative review, followed immediately by a positive one. But even the "positive" review has mostly negative comments. Let's see, we have kids and dogs running loose, trash left on the grounds, the gym is a crowded mess of unsupervised kids, the trash compactors are inconvenient, and the cops have to come because of issues with neighbors, but overall you are happy there?? Where did you live before that?? Behind the Wawa?
