No Pets' Dishes'

Our building just became a NO PET BUILDING. First, if you can even have a pet, it'll cost you $700 for one and $250 for each additional. Are you kidding me' So a dog or cat or hamster will cost you $700 which is about a month's rent minus a billion dollars (because the rent is way to much as it is). Now if my husband and I want to get a pet, which we were planning to do, we can't. We're in a no-pet building. What is the deal with that policy' I understand about noise, etc but what about the residents who already live in St. Andrews'
Let's not get started about the ugly satellite dishes that are out everywhere when the lease says no dishes are allowed...but then they send out the newsletter asking them to be this far from your deck, etc. ''' So no dishes allowed, but if you have them, please do this... It's unprofessional.
