I took a stroll through the single family home they look like the fema trailers in New ORleans.The townhouse is acutally a really small three story town house but when I went to see it the lady said that the first story was the basement it was not even underground.Waste of time.

They charge ungodly rent just for an apartment, I can only imagine what those townhomes and ghetto single wides rent for.

I'm sorry, but I live near the single family homes, and although I don't know how much the rent/month is, they definitely do not look like FEMA Trailers. These are FEMA trailers: http://www.epath.org/blog/uploaded_images/FemaTrailers-7992 The houses they have actually look pretty decent. I don't agree that the rent is fair, but people have been and will continue to pay the cost of renting in St. Andrews. I pay rent on the largest one bedroom apartment.
