The rental office does post on here, and tries to make this site their own private website to promote these dumps. The last review was so blantant and obviously influenced by the rental office, or written by them it is laughable. I lived here a year ago, and have neighbors that still live here (until they can get out of their lease)and am quite assured it is just the way I left it. Unsafe, too much noise, unhelpful office staff that misrepresents this place on all levels. The last person posting cannot understand why people would like what they pay for' And sorry the "snob appeal" doesn't work for an overpriced dump either. Just read all the reviews, you will see most of the positive ones have been posted by the rental office or someone asked by them. They troll this site all of the time. The REAL tenant"s reviews say it all, not the phoney ones. This place is in a bad location (route 40) with questionable people in the complex from the surrounding area, which isn't good. Before you consider renting here, stop by on a Friday or Saturday night when as one tenant put it, "The Ghetto Awakens" with all the noise, racing cars, blasting radios that goes with it. Finally discount the phoney reviews. There are some honest positive ones on here, but very few.
