My old coward neighbor speaks out (claps his hands) Honestly, there wouldn't have been a problem if you would of been a man and confronted me about the loud tv. By the way, my cable wasn't even hooked up when you complained. then, you sit on here complaining like a disgruntled tenant who doesn't have a life. What do you do' Seriously, Im confused because you would sit home all day. Then again, you must be getting paid to rate rental sites. Its not my fault you and your trailor trash girlfriend were use to living without ANY neighbors above you. If you didn't want to hear any noise from people with kids, you should have leased an apartment on the third floor. Also, its really funny how my other neighbors don't complain about me. And your mortgage is how much' (lol) wow, where did you buy a house' I' wouldn't be suprised if you were living somewhere thats alot "worse" then this place. In the end, I think you were just upset that someone young was making more progress in life then you. It hurts doesn't it' After all, I would be upset if I was as old as you and would have been still renting an apartment. I'm only 22 years old...make more money then you..more educated then you...and manage to put my daughter in the most exclusive day care..that is almost equal to what I pay in rent. Oh, but were the "ghetto couple"..I seen your tacky furniture and other home furnishings when you moved out. If anything, you and your girlfriend were the trash of the neighborhood. I grew up in Wilmington, and I never had problems with neighbors until I moved out here. In addition, calling the cops isn't my style, but I wasn't going to give you the upperhand, especially when the leasing office sent me a letter stating the noise complaints were conflicting with the leasing agreement my wife and I signed. I don't have to explain myself though, if you need to speak your mind..please, come see me in person.

Response: How would you know what he makes, do you have his W-2??? Perhaps you could shop around find a decent day care, and stop blowing your money on this dump. If you are paying for a day care that is AS much as the rent here, I would say you need a basic Money Management Class. I find all you post hard to believe, and your arrogant attitude offensive and typical of this place.
