I am looking to rent one of the townhomes.

My questions are:

Do you hear the neighbors through the walls.
How much is the average utlitity bills.

My comment is:
The girl (----) who works in the office is rude and very unwelcoming. I've visited moe then once and she was rude everytime. The other girls have been very helpful.
