The office is nice until you want to leave. We had been there a number of years and have seen the entire front office staff change multiple times, the pool last summer was filthy and disgusting. It was closed a couple of time due to chemical imbalance (not that we were there, but our neighbors did not stop going-Yuck!!) As soon as we put in our notice, they were rude, short and almost mean. There is grafitti (SP') on the playground equipment which is filled with unsupervised children (some of them very young) all afternoon and evening. Gangs living and visiting in the neighborhood (could tell by the matching bandanas hanging uniformally from the back pocket). Take a drive around and look at the back decks and patio's. Most are empty because people are leaving in droves.

WOW!! I don't know what you're looking at but this is a very nice development. The grounds are well kept and the office is never ever mean when I have called and responses are prompt. What Gangs? I see people of all ethncities walking there dogs and children around. I hardly think they would feel safe enough to do that if there were gangs on the premises. I remember no such incident of the pool being shut down for chemical imbalance. This is a set up folks don't believe a word of it - there is a bit of subliminal racism in this HUGE lie. Yes, 5 years is too long so move on.

Yes, it is absolutely true that the pool was shut down (twice that I know about) for chemical imbalance. Last year the pool had a slime around the edges of the entire length of the pool and slime and dirt on the sides of the zero entry in the children's area. And yes, my cousin a police office and I know a gang when I see one. I did not say what ethnicities this gang was, but I am not racist and they were not ------- American. Must be a response from the front office.

Of course loveithere2008 is from the rental office. They have misused this site ever since it went online if you take a look at the older reviews. They will jump on here the minute a negative is posted pretending to be a tenant. The funny thing is everyone knows this, and makes them look even more shady and imcompetent (if that is possible.) I moved over a year ago. I see nothing has changed and the office continues their misrepresentation of this slum.

well loveithere2008 might be from the rental office but im not. im 24 i live in a 1 bedroom alone. i walk my dog all times of the nite and i have never felt unsafe. i barely see my neighbors,noone hangs outside at least not in my area.as far as gangs that was funny to me lol.i doubt there is any gangs out here maybe this person seen some young black or hispanic men/woman and it frightened them.(racist!). I have had a few apt issues but they were all taken care of. My neighbors are quiet,everyone stays to thereself. i personally think i live in the nicest apt community in this area.I wish the rent was alil less but hey! i would definatly recommend this community.i mean everyone may not have the same experience but so far it has been good for me for the most part.

I have lived in an apartment here for almost two years, and we are thinking of upgrading to a townhouse in the community when the lease ends on the apartment. I have always felt very safe in the community and really enjoy the benefits of living here (the clean, peaceful pool, workout facilities and movie rentals). I think the price paid in reant is well worth my feelings of safety and security living here. I assume "Been here too long" has had some very negative experiences, but I truly cannot see where their opinion is coming from. And no, I am not part of the leasing staff-- just a happy resident.
