Driving through the property is nice, they do keep the grass green and flowers planted. After about a month, my husband and I realized that we made a terrible mistake. My friend told me about this web site and I had to write in. I can concur with the past review that the swimming pool was closed a couple of times two summer's ago due to chemical imbalance and filth. We moved from out-of-state and was not familiar with the area so this looked like a nice place to live. After we moved in the office staff turned (there has been a lot of turn-over) and they were so rude. The playgrounds were filthy, and neighbors are definitely questionable. We moved as quickly as possible and do not recommend this location. We still communicate with one family that still lives in the complex and they say it is getting worse all the time. I do not recommend this complex. If you need to rent, look in the newspaper and rent from a private owner. You will be in a more decent community (homeowners care about what goes in their community) and with a good chance of much lower rent.

I can truly agree with this post. They do keep the grass cut, but the trash in the playgrounds and the bugs make it unbearable. The townhouses have a nice deck, but the smell from whatever chemicals they use on the grass is disguisting and it draws these little flying bugs that get into your house and they even bite. Too bad, because it would be nice to be able to sit on the deck. Also, the office staff is extremely rude, especially, the so-called manager. Beware, she will tell you one thing and then change her story. Be sure to get it in writing and ask LOTS and LOTS of questions!!!! Also, when you sign the lease, make sure you have the rental consultant explain EVERYTHING to you. They will try to tell you that something was in the lease if it benefits them. RENTER DEFINITELY BEWARE!!!!!!
