Obviously someone is on a one man campaign to make St. Andrews look bad. You couldn't handle the rent and now you're mad because you were kicked out. I challenge anyone interested in moving into this community to drive through and stop any resident at random and let's see whose telling the real story. This sicko who keeps saying it's the rental office writing the good reviews or the obvious truth which you can see with your own eyes by riding through the community. Go look at the pool look in the corners see if you see the filth they mention, you will not!!!! Ask any resident at random and you will hear none of the foolishness these idiiots are saying. This is a very nice community and I am a resident and depise the negative false statements this moron is making about it

Hi, I am one of the "residents at random" that they would ask. I would not suggest living here. Too much money, too much noise, and incompetent uncaring office staff. The type of people in the neighborhood are changing for the worse. I am moving as soon as my lease is up. I found buying a house did not cost that much more. Not all positive reviews are from the office, to be fair, but the majority are. Read ALL the reviews below. And I really don't think the same person is writng all of the bad reviews. That is just the office up to their old tricks of putting good reviews on here. Don't believe them. I didn't hate it here, but it was far from the place the office said it was.
