I live here and have for 6 months. I love this community. I feel safe. My kids can play outside and I'm not worried. It's a great place to live. It is a little pricey, but I can live with that. I live in a townhouse. I love the fireplace and the partial basement.

Thank you for your comment, I am looking to move into the 3bdrm apt or a townhouse , not sure which depending on the pricing. Do they have specials every month ?

Who are you kidding?? This just screams Renal Office. Notice all the 5.0 reviews. They are ALL from the Rental office. I lived here a year ago. The place is definitely not worth the price for the location. The Office Staff was rude, cluless, and misleading. Why would you have to ask the renal office, when you ARE the Rental Office?? Please come to this place on the weekend, at night, without the Management escorting you, and just hang out. You will see what I mean. Please read ALL the reviews on here. I had an awful experience here. It is totally misrepresented.

We live in the Tulip and it has a fireplace which I love. Our gas/electric is about $300 a month. You should know I have a family of 6 (dh, dd, and three sons and I). So there never is a time when the house is empty. Good luck! Hope to see you around!

Moni93 or anyone who knows for sure...Are we allowed to have grills up on the decks? DH and I have a nice gas grill and would like to bring it with us. Also, I wanted to know if the backyard in the Treecastle townhome are set up like the Tullip backyards? I've only seen the yards for the Tullip and Twinleaf and I really like the Tullip yard..because its so nice and spacious. Thanks for your response.
