I LIVED THERE FOR A LONG TIME, THE GROUNDS ARE NEVER CLEAN, BUILDINGS FALL APART, THE BOTTOM FLOOR ALWAYS FLOODS, VERY LOUD, YOU CAN SMELL THE DELAWARE RIVER, HAVE TO MAKE MANY CALLS FOR MAINTENCE, POOR WORK WHEN MAINTENCE COMES, STAFF CHANGES ALOT, VERY RUDE, RENT ALWAYS GOES UP EVERY YEAR, PARKING SUCKS, HEATER NEVER WORKS, APPLIANCES SUCK, PEOPLE STEAL YOUR CLOTHES OUT OF THE WASHER AND DRYER, FEES FOR WASHER AND DRYER WENT UP. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, CARS GET STOLEN IN PARKING LOT, CAR WINDOWS GET SMASHED, AND TIRES GET FLATTENED.

Interesting that you put no name down. Second, and more interesting, police reports for the last year and interviews with a county police officer resident show no such vandalisim, or theft of vehicles reported. Since when is it a problem for a business to change staff?? This happens at rental communities on a regular basis.
