CONSTANTLY HAD HOT WATER OUT / ROACHES SEEN DAILY / GROUNDS MESSY / KIDS THROWING BEER BOTTLES & FIGHTING! RENT WENT UP 2 TIMES IN 6 MONTHS!!! NOT WORTH IT!
My EX & I lived there for 6 months - I had the police come to escort him off the property for abusing me - I was scared for my life to remain there & the manager Regina would not give me a break on the lease!

Rent cannot go up twice in one year per state law, so who's lying?? So because your Ex scared you to death be being a loser and management didn't give you an exclusive handout in the form of a rental reduction they get a mediocre rating....??

if you were in fear for you life you DO HAVE A RIGHT TO get out of a lease for any reasons what so ever
