I moved into East pointe apartments in June 2006. That summer my car was broken into and they stole everything out. In addition, a neighbor in another building was fighting with their significant other drunk and throw a bottle and hit my friend's car who was visiting for a few days. Do you think the management did anything about it' They idin't even send a memo. Then, in my building I had loud kids that constantly broke the security door. I had to call the tenant/landlord association of Delaware on them. They fixed it and the bad kids broke it again. They never fixed it again. When you call, they never return your phone calls, the maintenece is slow as turtles, the pool is nasty, and the staff spend more time on the balcony smoking with maintenence then they do working. I paid my rent ontime every month and I had to beg for them to fix things. Oh, and did I mention that the laundry room was always under water in building E! I had to take my clothes to the laundrmat to wash. They are liars and will try to stuck every penny out of you if you let them. I moved there because it looked better than some of the other apartments in the area. Boy, was I wrong. They can't keep a consistent staff. Everytime you turn around its someone new and they don't know what they're doing. Nicole is worthless and Vanessa is a LIAR!!! Do yourself a favor and save your money. If you move there you will be sorry.

ROLMAO @ "the staff spend more time on the balcony smoking with maintenence then they do working." You ain't neva told a lie. I been here since June 2003 and when I 1st got here, it was a nice place to live. Check out my review... it is the one about not being reimbursed for the bat removal.

I saw your review and I felt so bad for you. that's totally not fair. And, you should take them to small claims court.
