I have lived here for some time now. Although, it was true in the past at times it was difficult to get maintenance. However, since new management took over in January things seem to have changed quite a bit. Maintenance is much better now. The grounds look great. Flowers are beautiful. My neighbors are mostly quiet. The rent is reasonable and heat is included. I wish they would put additional laundry equipment in my building. There is only one washer and one dryer. Aside from that my family is very happy here.
