I moved into East Pointe last October, and so far its has changed mamagement companies twice. Normally that would no be a bad thing yet for reason you would think that management would tend to get better yet this is not the case at all. In fact I believe it has gotten worse. There are ignorant women in the office who dont care about the problems you are having in your apartment all they care about is collecting there rent checks. Mainetence is a flat out joke considering I have waited over 6 months things to be done. For about a month or two there was not even a maintence workes on property. The only way to get things done around here is threaten to not pay your rent. Which in my opinon is the wrong way to conduct buisness. Would I suggested this apartment complex to anyone I know HELL NO, In fact I wouldnt even wish this on my worse ememy. This place is a ghetto. Loud rude neighbors who need to have swat come get them and no im not kidding swat came out for one of my neighbors the other day. Basically im just trying to say Stay awhile and if you already live here, as soon as your lease is up GET OUT and never look back.
