An Honest Opinion

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
My wife and I have lived here since January 2008. In that time ownership as changed three times, which was real issue with the second group of owners. But this present group has made some improvements and seems to be sincere about the upkeep and management of the property. The office staff has always been very cordial towards me and has responded well when something needed to be done.
If there is any concern it is with the neighbors themselves, many of whom just seem to be uncaring, inconsiderate, and done right slovenly.If this present ownership and management stay in place I would reccommend East Pointe as good place to start.
