Office staff tends to be curt more often than not. POOR record keeping. Right hand often does not know what the left hand is doing. Change/shuffle explainations to suit their needs. Poor follow through to resolve problems.

Walkways/stairs to apts and laundry facilities are in disrepair, flooded, and/or covered with mudd. Snow removal of pathways is very limited. Hallway maintanence is shoddy.

Dumpsters are often overflowing. Laundry facilities are filfthy.

General maintanence and upkeep do not appear to be priorities and often take weeks IF they get addressed at all.

Overall: If price was not the absolute primary concern, this location would not be on the higher end of the choice list.

exactly! they treat you different after you sign the lease. and everything else here is true too.
