i HAVE LIVED THERE FOR SOME TIME AND TO ME IT WAS NOT THAT BAD. WHEN I FIRST MOVED THERE I DID GET THE IMPRESSION THAT THE MANAGERS WERE A LITTLE PREJUDICE. THE CHILDREN WERE NOT AS LOUD AND UNRULY LIKE THEY ARE NOW. WE CAN NOT BLAME THE CHILDREN BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO HOME TRAINING , THAT'S A PARENTING ISSUE. WHEN I HAD A MAINTENANCE PROBLEM THEY DID COME AND FIX THE PROBLEMS AND I NEVER HAD TO CALL TWICE
I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE STAFF EITHER
FOR ALL THOSE THAT WANT TO HAVE GREENTREE AS YOUR HOME, GO AHEAD, IT REALLY IS NOT

The staff allowing parents to stay with unruly childen is a problem! And I've waited for 3 weeks to get a repair done. You must have been a lucky one.
