I'm sure as soon as this is read you will know exactly who I am... I stumbled across this page trying to write a complaint about Greentree. I have been a resident for nearly two years & I HATE IT! I've been through it all. The old predujice neighbors, (& not just because I'm white, because I'm young) The calling one day to get a maintence problem fixed, and it taking months, years, and sometimes NEVER done and you just get so angry you pay for the repair yourself! The rudeness & disrespect you get walking into the office when you have a problem and the staff so ignorant (with their real coach purses) looking down on you living in low-income housing.. FAILING TO REALIZE ONE OF THEIR OWN HAVE TO SUFFER WITH LIVING HERE TOO. Now I,m dealing with the problem of them saying I owe at least $1,500 MORE than I do, with their own lawyer agreeing on my behalf. Its not my problem you can't get one person to stick it out and DO YOUR JOB in that office. I'd be ripping my hair out of my head too. It seems like everytime I walk in there it is SOMEONE or SOMETHING new!! They have no clue as to what the hell they are doing. AND FOR TOPPERS, I DONT APPRECIATE WHEN YOUR DISCUSSING ME AND MY PERSONAL GREENTREE ISSUES AND A TENANT OTHER THAN ME WALKS IN AND YOUR STILL DISCUSSING MY CASE! SHUT YOUR MOUTHES!! ITS DIS-RESPECTFUL, UN-PROFESSIONAL, AND ILLEGAL!!! You are ruining my life. Unfortunatly, I don't have the access to Section 8 or I would be outta here! Your suppposed to be low-income! $793.00 a month to live in this dump is a joke!! The crime, the shootings, it's un-safe & yes, I do have 2 small children! My kids are NEVER outside unless were walking to the car! Sadly, I have to live here and try to make the best of it due to my financial situation. The best impression is supposed to be from the office. Is that who you really want making life decisions for you. They can't seem to get their stories straight, OR THEIR RECEIPT BOOK FOR THAT MATTER! The enviroment speaks for its self. Do yourself a favor and dont wait until winter to move in. Do it in the summer, if you wish, with GREENTREE'S TRUE COLORS SHINING THROUGH!! And once again to the office where it all begins, YOU ARE PATHETIC! DO YOUR DAMN JOB AND FOR ONCE , NO MATTER THE COLOR OF SOMEONES SKIN, TRY TO BE A LITTLE SYMPATHETIC! They are obviously moving to this ---- HOLE beacuse they didn't have a choice!
