We lived here for two years and saw three differnt managers and two different management companies.
The cost was moderate and location was nice.
Conditions deteriorated over the time we were there.
Pool that initially was well maintained did not even open the summer we moved.
Well maintained grounds were neglected, grass cutting when several weeks between trimmings, trash and old furniture sat next to trash containers.
A/C was inadequate and the maintenance crew was not very skilled.

my dad lived there and I don't feel safe & my dads was a dump & they give you cookies when you move in & the windows are the oldest I have seen
