harbor house apt. are a good place to live if you like bugs,loud noise,lots of mold i know some of the maintenance staff there they are told to fix the empty unit has cheap has can be if theres mold cover it up the new owners have some idea how to run a complex the office staff is very good at there job except for the manager she has no idea how to run a office or complexs i use to live there i been in there when the office is busy and the lady durning the day thats works in the front gets very busy and i have heard her ask for help but the office manager does nothing but sit there. the complex has change alot there has been alot of improvements since the new oweners have taking over but thats only thanks to the maintenance staff they need the old manager back she new what she was doingbut i would never live there again lets just say roach hotel qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
