I've here for less then a year and all I can say is the price is good. And my rent is good becuase the day I moved in I realized that the room size are EXTREMELY smaller then stated!! So, me and my roomate complained and they lowered my rent (something I would recommend doing). There are lots of ---- roaches, the flooring is uneven, the balconies are awful (they dont provide lighting so have so being out there afer dark), the pool opened but the its dirty and THERE ARE NO CHAIRS, so I hope you dont like to lay out. The thermostat sucks, its one thing everyone says but you have no idea, the entire winter our apartment was permo-set on 95 degrees, and the maintance man didnt know how to fix it. The water tempture is scorching, you could easly boil pasta in it, and I have burned myself on more then one occasion. So, basically it sucks there and I would pay the extra $50-100 any day to live somewhere much nicer in Wilmington.
