It is a good price to live with right price. The carpet, refrigerator and stove were new. The bath room is pretty big for one bed room apartment and has a nice big mirror. When I had a problem with heater getting too hot, they come in quick and fix it. Heat and hot water is paid. I also think it is pretty quiet. It may depend which neighbor you get though. The only noise I hear is traffic since the apartment complex is close to big highways. Well, it means you have good access to major roads. Oh, you are only 5 min away from Claymont train station which you can go to Philadelphia.
