I have been living here for over a year. It is not worth the money. First they don't tell you if your apartment is renovated or not. and for $800 a month Having an apartment that does not dip down in the center like it is about to fall apart or have cabniets that are crumbling (and being told that there is nothing they will do about it unless I pay $150 extra month) is not worth it at all. I can't wait till we leave this noisey, dirty, horrible parking, complex. The first time I stepped into my hallway I was over taken by horrible smells and loud neighbors. I have come to believe if you don't live in the front complexs you will live in the filthiest apartment complex I have even been in. The maintance staff talks to you like an idiot and makes you feel like you are wasting there time. You have to share 2 washiers/dryers with 12 other inconsiderate nieghbors. I will not make any recommendations to this place.
