I am surprised to read these bad reviews, although I did notice most of them are old. I have been here a little over a year and have never had any problems. The office staff has always been pleasant, and they even sent me a birthday card! Maintenance comes within an hour of calling the office to take care of problems. If I had to complain about something it would have to be the parking. I can never find a parking spot. Everything is new in my apartment
