I am quite pleased with the cooperation I have received from the office in making sure I could get in and out with my power wheelchair, which I must use to travel on DART's paratransit bus. I have a ground floor apartment with a private rear entrance that allows me to avoid the stairs. The office constructed a wedge ramp for my doorway to allow me to get over the thresh hold, and marked off the parking area which was necessary to be kept clear to access the sidewalk leading to my doorway. That is also a requirement under New Castle Castle Codes (fire exit, ambulance availability, etc.) and while awaiting painting the no-parking area - which has been accomplished - the office helped with placements of traffic cones to keep the area clear. I commend them for the effort exerted in my behalf.
