This is a very nice place. We moved in about 4 months ago and everything we were told and shown was what we got. The apartment size is perfect for us and we love the balcony! The office girls are very nice and the maintenance is great. They are always willing to help and if they cannot fix something that day they keep you updated on what they are doing. They have made our move easy and enjoyable.

It is good to hear that current management has addressed the various issues here at Harbor House. he complex has the potential to be a very nice and affordable place to live. My cynicl side wonders if all the greta reviews (all in the past 6 months) ar part of a management attempt to give the place a better look for apartment searchers who are using the web. I hope it is the former, but think it is the latter.
