It?s a good value BUT............................

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
For the price the space can?t be beat but.... this is the first time I have lived in an apartment building and because of things like petty disputes among neighbors about use of laundry room, loud neighbors and such I have found living in this building quite disappointing. Managment is quite nice and very responsible but if you are thinking about moving here I advise finding out a little about your neighbors before making a decision. We resolved our problem by moving to another building in the same complex. These neighbors are SOOOOO much better.
