Naamans Apartments is one of the few places left where you will actually find the owner on the property taking care of his property. It is a family oriented environment that was built and is still owned by the same family. The apartments are huge and greatly priced considering the care that goes into the property. The grass is always cut, the snow is always removed and maintenance is on top of things and they come back if the problem is not corrected the first time. I have read other reviews especially the one from May and as they said they hadn't lived at any other complex in 20 years... perhaps they don't realize that crime is everywhere and that the issues they had at Naamans are considerably worse other places... I've lived in many. As far as major fires go, the unit this occured in maintained itself to one unit due to the wonderful construction. Perhaps people need to realize that domestic disputes, fires and things of this nature occur everywhere in the world - in other complexes and in houses. Naamans is one of the few places that care enough to send a notice and inform their residents and fully brief new residents and require rentors insurance.
