Yes, the apartment complex is owner built & operated; but there are problems. Over the past two years we?ve experienced problems with things such as loud neighbors, noise in the halls and parking lots as well as slow maintenance at times. The apartments do need a serious update. Kitchens and bathrooms are outdated & you have to use the laundry rooms for your clothes. We have not experienced any crime that others have said.

But you can guess, the reason I am on this site is because we are looking for another place to live. One more modern.
