I have lived at Naaman's for 3 years and it has been an ok situation. The guy above us is extremely noisy, the people next to us we can hear every single conversation and the people below us we can hear their most intimate discussions. Parking is a huge problem at Naaman's. It is difficult to find a spot when you come home from staying out late with your friends. The windows are extremely drafty, it's almost like they are open on a windy day. The office staff is always changing the maintenance staff is poor at clearing snow from the parking lots, and the owner is harldy ever there. I was walking back from the office one day and while I was in the office the staff had to call the police because there were residents standing outside their building with a gun. I would not advise anyone to move here unless you are desperate. It is also a fight to do your laundry and the machines provided barely do a good job.

Scared to move out...heard the main guys (--------) tear you up for every crumb and nik and charges thousands....now that is what I call desperate. ignorant asses.they did it to 3 that I knew in the past 4 years.....even in new york they give you a break, but these -------- in charge get off on it.
