My husband and I moved into Naamans over this past summer after having rented a home from a private owner until they were transfered back to the area. We have nothing but praise for the entire organization from the owners, to the office staff and to the maintenance staff. This is one of a few larger complexes, and in fact, any complex where your owners are indeed the management. On any given day including weekends there is at least one owner present on site for part of the day if not most of the it. The maintenance staff are attentive to the needs of the residents. This is shown by ensuring the walkways and parking lots were quickly cleaned during the recent snow/ice storms even working in the middle of the night (I saw them clearing pathways at 3am and then again at 5am). Additionally if someone has a repair needed in their apartment, it is done promptly whether it is something as minor as needing a faceplate for an electrical outlook or major such as lack of heat during the winter. The office staff is always available to service you whether it is a maintenance request, questions concerning terms of your lease, or helping a new tenent with a move in problem caused by an outside vendor. They know you by name...they know your children, and even know my cats names. There is always someone on call 24/7 days a week to handle any emergency that arises.

As for the complaints of noise from others, I definitely beg to differ. I have found Naamans to be one of the quietest places where I have ever lived and I grew up in a very rural area. It is very rare to hear our neighbors and even if we do, it is for a quick moment then its done. If fact, several weeks after we moved in, we commented to the office staff wondering where everyone was because it was so quiet. Regarding the comment on insufficient laundry facilities, while there have been a couple of times where I had to wait for a short while, I cannot really say they were inadequate because in the past I have waited far longer in a laundromat. And lastly the comment that there was not enough parking available, is far from the truth and in fact, Naamans is one of the few complexes where you truly have plenty available. It is my opinion that those who are being negative about Naamans are those who fail to uphold their end of the landlord tenent relationship in the first place.
