Where do I begin! I have seen 3 fights break out in the parking lot, they really need patrol cars. Drugs are everywhere if you just stand outside for 10 min. you will be offered every drug they have. The water problems are so terrible when someone turns on their water the sound the pipes make wakes me up in the middle of a sleep. The hallways are so loud my child always asks, "is f*** a bad word'"!!! The windows don't close and noone thinks thats a big deal they just ask you if they want to put a screw to close it. Complete fire hazord! When the kids come home from school you better get ear plugs. I have to walk a good 5 min. to get to my house because there is no parking whatsoever! Its horrible living here and the worst part is I have 11 more months and I am pulling my hair out. Everything in the house is broken, including the 80's cabinets and doors. Please move to Green Tree instead, I sure wish I had

I live at Naamans Apartments, and have for a few years...what you wrote is completely fabricated. First of all fights can happen anywhere. Don't you watch the news? Even if you live in a house this can happen. The fact that you exaggerated everything you wrote tells me that it was probably more like one fight, not 3, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. I have personally seen police patrol the area, but it's virtually impossible to prevent all crime no matter how much of a watchful eye there is. I have never been offered drugs, and I've been known to sit out on the front step for more than 10 minutes many times, especially during nice weather. I personally do not ever hear pipes, although I imagine you can hear normal sounds of living, and that you would hear that regardless of where you reside. If people are being loud in the hallway you should report it to the office so that they can determine who is doing it. You can't expect that people will automatically follow the rules. As for screws...it sounds like someone has a screw loose...and I don't mean the apartment windows. You are complaining about kids getting off of a bus? Excuse me but aren't kids loud when they get off a bus anywhere that they live? I personally have a child on one of those buses, and I'd like to know where you expect them to get off the bus? Naamans Road in the traffic? Parking right in front of your building gets harder the later you come home. That's part of living in an apt. complex and not a house, or condo. Get used to it. If everything in your house is broken it sounds like maybe you just aren't taking care of your home. By the way, weren't the cabinets there when you applied, and decided to move here? Just wondering....and as for Green Tree...give it a try....I don't think you'd be happy anywhere you live. You sound like a chronic complainer to me! Naamans is a great place to live, and I have lived in many places over the years.

amen to all of that. Maintenance can't fix what you don't report as broke. Kids will be loud all the time when they get off the bus. And quit exaggerating about the walk....there is plenty of parking around the apartments...just cuz you don't get the one in front of your door doesn't mean you have to walk 5 minutes. And good point on the 'you knew you were moving in to apartment when you applied' comment. That said it all!!!

Obviously this person works for Green Tree. There aren't drug dealers hanging around the parking lot, and there is plenty of parking.

Please be a little intelligent. We do all not live in the same building and trust me, this does make a difference. I just find it hysterical that you try your best to write negative things about me however, you can't even write full sentences. Most of the people who live in my complex get kicked out, does this not say anything? Maintenance is in here everyday trying to fix things that are broken and also the old apartments past residents have destroyed. When I moved in here they didn't even have my apartment done and I had to deal with maintenance being in and out of my apartment for more then a week, very unprofessional. Depending on where your apartment is located, some noises are louder in the front then in the back naturally. In the front, you can hear a person??????s conversation; word for word. You can hear kids screaming to the top of their lungs way into the night because some parents just don't care. You can hear people argue, and this want-to-be rapper who sits on the step and talks about how he has Naamans Apartment on lock and if you disrespect he'll give you a pop. Yeah, sure does sound like a platinum album. I agree that with any apartment living residence, parking is on a first come, first serve basis however, to have to park somewhere so far away in a total different area that is no where close to your own building is a bit much. I am sorry you are ignorant but my degree would not allow me to work for Green Tree Apartments. The only reason why I believe people should even live in apartments is so they can save their money to slap down on their house. If you live in an apartment because you have no real dreams is completely pathetic or you work at the gas station. To live in MANY places over the years just goes to show you my previous statements are true. By the way thanks for pumping my gas.

It's interesting that you can take the time to point out that someone needs to be a little intelligent or that they can't write complete sentences. However, your grammar is unbelievably incorrect in your initial comment. I would advise that you do not offer advise in a field that you know nothing about. For someone who claims to have a degree of some sort, it is very petty for you to respond to the previous comments offensively as if you were implying that they are lower than you, especially if you are under the impression that gas is pumped for you in the state of Delaware. It seems to me that your degree has only improved your ability to be a jerk, while leaving your education equal to that of a teenager. I sincerely hope that you can find a place to live where you do not sour the happy life of everyone around you.
