I went to see these apartments about two years ago....and I fell in love with the two bedroom apartment. It was huge and I loved the layout. The two bedrooms were separated by the 1/2 bath and the master was absolutely huge! Later on, I convinced friends of mine to live there and they loved it. I would always visit and spend the night there and a lot of times we would sit outside and marvel at how quiet it was. My friends would always tell me about how nice the girl in the office was and how the maintenance guys would say hi. Unfortunately due to having 3 kids, it would have been too tight a fit but otherwise, I would have moved in. in the two years my friends lived there, I never saw a problem and never saw anything. If three bedrooms are ever built there, I would move in in a heartbeat. I don't remember ever having parking issues since there was plenty where they lived but maybe somewhere else'' anyway, much love for this place and hope they build 3bedrooms so that I can move in...
