I have lived here for a year and the tenants are all crack heads. All they do is sit outside get high and drink and are very unconsidered of others who live there. Mostley only -------- and trashy people live here. The crack heads never spend time in their own apartment, they are always outside being very obnoxious. I wish the managment would do something about it, but they don't. I am so disgusted of this place, save you money and move to the ghetto because you'll be paying more for what you could just get at the ghetto cheaper.

Perhaps, you should have headed on over to the Claymont Community Center and checked into taking some type of Head Start program so that you could properly speak, and write the English language in a manner that would make this review a little more educated, and intelligent. Naamans is a great place to live. Perhaps the reason you are really bothered is that these things don't go on there, and you miss the ghetto life. Pack your bags, no one should have to live near negativity (you can look that up if you can't read it)

I presently live and have lived at Naamans Apartment for over 5 years and what this Ghetto boy is talking about is totally trash.He must have some type of personal vendetta against someone there. This place is clean,the landscape is carefully taken care of,The security system is excellent,and the maintenance crew response are inmediate. Hopefully this Ghetto boy has moved to the crackhead neighbourhood away from us

I have lived at Naamans Apartments for almost 2 1/2 years and i have never had any problems on the property. I like sitting outside at times and have never run into any "crackheads" or anything close to it bother me or be obnoxious. As a single parent i feel very comfortable living here with my children...it is better than most at a great price. I encourage anyone who might believe the negative comment that was posted to stop by and see the property for themselves, even at different times of the day. I really love it here!
