This place is ok.. nothing to brag about. The owner is to obsessed with what the flower beds look like then the inside of the apartments. Bad paint job(yellowing was coming through new paint). windows are new and pretty good, they fold out for easy cleaning. The front door and back door are very old and painted over, pretty scary being home alone at night even with the doors locked!! Very drafty. The downstairs closet has a bar to hang jackets.. good luck trying to hang them with a water heater in there! The walls are very thin, i can hear my neighbor coughing in middle of night. Its a good place for 1st time renters, but only good to stay a year or two. There's only one maintance guy and he's really nice. He's pretty good at getting things done.
