I've renewed my lease at Rivercroft for another year because it's a great community and wonderful place to live. There aren't too many complexes in North Wilmington with private entrances, which definitely make the place feel like home with a front and back door. Whenever there is a problem, maintenance responds quickly and the owner is dedicated to creating a safe and desirable community. Although the walls do permit sound to travel, it is no worse than any other place I have lived. The wood floors and new windows are beautiful and I find that the utilities - although not included in the rent - are reasonable. It is a very friendly place to live and I HIGHLY recommend Rivercroft.
