About six months ago, I started my lease. My apartment is larger than at other complexes, plus it has been recently renovated with additional closets and other stuff. With the hardwood floors and updated kitchens, it s a great place. Having been in my share of apartments, what matters the most is that this is a nice, quiet community without all the drama that I got at other places.

The rent is very reasonable and I looked everywhere both in DE and PA. Sure, I could have leased for less, but I feel safe here and that is important to me.
