I've lived here for 2 years after moving out of Chateau Orleans and Stratford & it's great. I have a 2 bdr townhouse with hardwood floors throughout. There's morning sun for hours and the view from front windows is of grass, trees and the Delaware River. I even have a small garden. I park in the well lighted lot right outside my back door. The facility was recently renovated & is conscientiously maintained. It's quiet too: no loud music, no obnoxious cooking odors like Stratford and a landlord who applies rules with a fair hand so that all of us can enjoy our homes. Cable and FIOS are available and cats are welcome.
