You Gotta Put Rivercroft on your List

After living in Rivercroft for two years, it was with a heavy heart that I terminated my lease this spring. If I had it my way, I'd have stayed on; however, at this point, buying seems a more practical avenue. that's the only reason I left.
I rented a townhome here from 07- 09. It was an 11th-hour decision. the ink had all but dried on a contract with another complex. However, one foot in the door of my two-bedroom home and I was sold.
Gorgeous hardwood floors, very generous-sized bedrooms, and enough green all around for me to throw an impromptu picnic or just lounge in the sun on a lazy Sunday. From the Printz, looking at Rivercroft you might not think much, but once on-site you cant help but appreciate the open spaces, the quiet, and the quaint benches nestled here and there, perfect for late-afternoon reading in the shade.
The laundry facilities were always up to par, and I believe the town homes are beginning to have washers and dryers installed, which is a very attractive feature.
I had more than enough space to throw holiday parties or cocktail nights with the girls. No matter whom I had over, if that individual was a renter elsewhere, he or she always commented on the space I had and how nice it was here ... even my big-city friends from Manhattan had good things to say!
For the rent, the value is unbeatable. The maintenance crew was super nice and helpful, there as soon as I needed it, which was only twice (and because of my own stupidity).
Parking is a breeze; tons of space. The town homes have a private entrance, which is awesome. I never once felt unsafe, and the property manager is a very nice man who will accommodate you the best he can.
Rivercroft is truly the hidden gem of northern Delaware. I d recommend getting there ASAP and good luck moving out. It s hard!
