The First Apartment in the 3000 building the roof of the building was ripped off during a severe rain storm Spring 2002. We were forced to move out of the apartment because they were deemed unsafe. The second apt Thomas West was in very good condition safe, 24 hr doorman. The apts have 3 story Garden Apt. Not as well kept as the previous apt. In definate need of a make over. The staff is very accomodating in some aspects but they don't communicate with each other I think if the communication level in the Office was better, Soc Hill would be a lovely place to live. but as of right now its just somewhere to live until I can move on.
